Blake is on a mission to change how we think about mental health. Frustrated by friends, family and colleagues being attached to their phones and having a generally dull disposition toward life.. Blake received an executive coaching certification and has coached high performers through transformational behavior change that led to better mental health.
After making a connection between his expertise in neurochemistry and the impact it has on behaviors both around and within him. Blake is now implementing his knowledge with a simple goal in mind: To help others develop control of their behaviors and increase their mental health.
Blake is focused on building a one-on-one coaching practice to support people who want to gain control of their lives. Freeing up hours of your life, helping you keep your promises to yourself, and making your life full.
